The Organizational Structure

Our Union is based on a clear and coherent organizational structure, designed to ensure smooth workflow and achieve goals with high efficiency. This structure reflects our principles of transparency, democracy, and participation, where tasks intertwine and roles integrate to serve the public good.

Governance Principles within the Union:

  • check Independence: We are an independent student body not subject to the direction of any political or religious entity.
  • check Democracy: We believe in the right of all students to choose their representatives through free and fair elections.
  • check Transparency: We operate with systems and procedures that are public and clear to everyone.
  • check Participation: We welcome the engagement of all students from various backgrounds and interests.
  • check Diversity: We are proud to represent all students from different regions and educational institutions.

The Basic Structure consists of:

  • check The General Conference: The highest authority of the Union, comprising representatives of all students.
  • check The Executive Committee (Executive Office): The executive body responsible for managing the Union's affairs and implementing the decisions of the General Conference. It consists of a group of specialized secretaries, each in their field.
