Leading the Work - The Union's Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the beating heart and the implementing arm of the Union's policies and decisions. Its primary mission is to translate goals and plans into tangible action programs and successful events that meet students' needs. The committee consists of a group of specialized secretaries, each carrying a specific message and contributing from their position to achieving the shared vision.

Secretaries of the Executive Committee:

  • check President of the Union: The supreme leader of the Union and the primary official responsible for guiding the direction of work and representing the Union in official forums. Leads the team and coordinates all efforts to achieve harmony and integration.
  • check Secretary-General: Serves as the organizational memory of the Union, managing daily affairs, organizing meetings, preserving documents, and ensuring smooth communication between all secretaries.
  • check Financial Secretary: The guardian of financial trust, overseeing the Union's resources with transparency and precision, ensuring optimal use of every penny in service of the Union's goals and programs.
  • check Secretary of States' Affairs: The vital link between the center and branches, working to unify visions, coordinate efforts, and ensure the delivery of services and support to all students across Sudan.
  • check Media Secretary: The image engineer and message conveyer, working to highlight the Union's achievements and communicate effectively with the public via various media platforms.
  • check Activities Secretary: The designer of joy and creator of events, planning and organizing a variety of cultural, social, and sports activities that enrich student life.
  • check Academic Affairs Secretary: The patron of academic excellence, striving to raise the scientific level of students through workshops, lectures, and partnerships with educational and research institutions.
  • check Planning and Training Secretary: The future planner, responsible for developing strategies, setting performance indicators, and organizing training programs that develop the skills of Union members and students.
  • check Secretary of Organizations and Voluntary Work: The activator of good and humanity, encouraging volunteer work and organizing campaigns and initiatives that serve the community and instill values of giving.
  • check External Relations Secretary: The Union's ambassador to the world, building bridges with other organizations and entities, seeking opportunities for cooperation and scholarships for students.
  • check Executive Director: The pillar of administrative support, providing logistical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operation at the headquarters and branches.
